  Bev and Chris are amazing trainers with all the energy and resources you need to get in a great workout! It is also a great way to work off the stress of everyday life (ya know, punching and kicking bags for 30 minutes). I especially love the fact that there are no classes, but just a running 3 minute timer. This allows me to fit in a class whenever I can, no matter how crazy life gets. No excuses! :)
